Frequently asked questions
What happens if I don't confirm?
The reminder is sent again at the interval you chose, up to the maximum number of attempts. In escalation mode, each attempt uses the next channel, then your contacts are warned. If nobody answers, the event is marked "no ACK" in the history.
How do I confirm a reminder?
Click the link in the email or SMS, the "Confirm" button of the notification or of Telegram, press 1 during the call, or confirm in the agenda. Every confirmation is recorded in the history with its channel.
What are contacts to warn for?
They are people from your address book that you attach to an event. If it is not confirmed, they get the reminder in turn. As soon as one of you confirms, the reminders stop for everyone.
Can I see my events in Google Calendar, Outlook or on the iPhone?
Yes. Your agenda gives you a private iCal subscription link, which you can regenerate at any time. You can also import an .ics file exported from another calendar.
Is there a mobile app?
The site installs like an app on Android, on the iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later) and on a computer, with notifications. Native Android and iOS apps are being prepared.
Are all channels always available?
Email always is. Notifications, Telegram, SMS and calls depend on what the administrator has enabled on the server. During quiet hours at night, calls and SMS are replaced by another channel.
Is my account protected?
The site uses HTTPS and passwords are hashed. You can turn on two-factor authentication with an app such as Google Authenticator. Repeated attempts are blocked, you get an email for every sensitive change, and you can sign out all your devices in one click.
Can I get or delete my data?
Yes. From your profile, you download all your data as JSON and you can delete your account permanently, with your events, contacts and history.
